Culinary Concepts offers four nine-week classes that build on each other. Start with the Copper; go on to the Silver, Gold and finally the Platinum. Or, if you feel you know the basics start at whichever level you feel comfortable with. These classes will give you a well-rounded culinary experience.
All of our workshops are hands-on. Classes start with a short lecture and an explanation of how to prepare each dish. You then break into teams to produce a dish that is shared with every one at the end of class.
Our popular children's classes feature dishes that will appeal to kid's taste buds. They are geared towards family fun and the kids will enjoy making these recipes for the entire family. Many different classes are available.

Our Let's Do Lunch classes and some of our guest chef classes are demonstrations. You will learn how to cook the recipes and get to taste the dishes without having to prepare them.
